Start a chat with us
Open a live chat on our website and ask for your account to be reactivated in your first message, our Virtual Assistant will guide you through the process.
Answer a few quick questions
The Virtual Assistant will ask you a few questions and submit the reactivation request on your behalf.
Wait for the confirmation email
Due to the high volume of requests, processing may take a little longer than usual (1 to 3 days). Once your account is reactivated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Simply submit your request and wait — no further action is needed on your part. You will be notified by email as soon as your account is ready.
