If you're having trouble receiving your activation code (OTP), follow these updated steps, to
resolve the issue quickly:
1. Verify details and wait for network sync
- Confirm your number: Double-check that the number entered is correct, before
requesting a new code. - Wait for 2 minutes: SMS delivery can take up to 120 seconds, due to mobile
network congestion.
2. The fastest solution: Receive a Call
If the SMS doesn't arrive, our Voice Call option is nearly instantaneous, and has the
highest success rate:
- On the activation screen, click "Try another way".
- Select "Receive a call".
- Answer the automated call that will dictate your code. This usually happens within
seconds.
3. Where to look on your phone (Spam & Filters)
Sometimes, your phone's operating system automatically filters the code. Here is how to
find it:
Android
- Open the Messages app.
- Tap your profile icon or the 3 dots in the top right.
- Go to "Spam & blocked".
- Also check folders like "Transactions" or "Promotions".
iOS (iPhone)
- Open the Messages app.
- In the top left corner, tap "Filters".
- Check "Unknown Senders" or "Junk".
- Ensure your iMessage filters aren't accidentally hiding the text.
Still no luck? If you have tried the voice call and checked all folders, but still haven't
received the code, ensure your network signal is stable and try again after 15 minutes.
