A clear photo is the difference between instant approval and a rejected upload.
Here is exactly how to capture your document, so we can verify it without delays.
The 6-Second Checklist
See the difference
This is what an approvable document looks like — and the most common reasons uploads get rejected.
How to capture each document
Photograph physical documents like your ID. For anything that is already digital, upload the original file instead — see the guidance below.
Prefer PDF when you can. Documents that already exist digitally — bank statements, tax declarations or utility bills — are clearest when you download the original PDF and upload that, instead of photographing a screen. Save photos for physical documents like your ID.
File requirements
To make sure your upload goes through smoothly:
We do our best to review your document as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to 72 hours.
Use an accepted format JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIFF, TIF or PDF. For documents that are already digital, choose the original PDF.
Keep each file under 4 MB
If a file is too large, save it as a PDF or reduce the photo resolution before uploading.
Upload colour, not black & white
Colour scans and photocopies are easier to verify.
Send the full document
Don't crop, edit or annotate it in any way.
Press “Send Documents” to finish
After adding your files, tap Send Documents to complete the upload — files that aren't sent won't be reviewed.
