When depositing with PalmPay, you can choose between two payment methods: PalmPay Wallet or Bank Transfer.
- If you choose PalmPay Wallet, enter the phone number linked to your wallet and tap Next to authorize the payment.
- If you choose Bank Transfer, you'll have 30 minutes to complete the transfer to the unique bank account provided for your deposit. A Copy button is available to help you easily copy the account details.
To make a deposit, go to My Account → Transactions → Deposit.
Please ensure that all payments are made using accounts registered in the account holder’s name.
