When it comes to setting any responsible gaming limits on your account, we provide several options to our members, found in My Account → Profile → Player Protection.
- Deposit Limit allows you to fix a maximum deposit amount per day/week/month.
- Take a Break allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for short amounts of time (24h, 48h, 7 days). You can increase the period at any time but it takes a week to decrease or remove the limitation.
- Self-Exclusion allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for longer amounts of time (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, permanently). The self-exclusion period cannot be shortened, nor can the number of selected products be reduced.
- Session Timer notifies you when your selected timeframe (1–8 hours) is reached. You can then choose to log out or stay logged in. Lowering the timer takes effect immediately; raising it or turning it off takes effect after seven days.
- Withdrawal request cancellation — To deactivate withdrawal request cancellation, select 'Do Not Allow Withdrawal Request Cancellation' — this takes effect immediately. To reactivate it, select 'Allow Withdrawal Request Cancellation' — this takes effect after 7 days. To cancel a pending request, enter your password and select 'Save'.
