You can request a withdrawal while having an active bonus, but please be aware that doing so will result in the forfeiture of your bonus funds and any accumulated bonus winnings.
How it Works:
Wagering Requirements: Bonuses usually come with rules requiring you to bet a certain amount before converting bonus funds into real money. For example, a 100 ₦ bonus with a 10x requirement means you must bet 1,000 ₦ before those funds become withdrawable.
The Withdrawal Pop-up: If you have both a real money balance and an active bonus and you decide to request a withdrawal, a pop-up notification will appear warning you that your bonus balance will be lost.
Password Confirmation: To proceed, you will be prompted to enter your password to confirm that you accept the forfeiture of the bonus.
Irreversible Action: Once confirmed and processed, the bonus balance is automatically and permanently lost. This action cannot be reversed, and you will receive only the real cash amount you requested in your bank account.
