If you received a notification asking you to cancel your withdrawal because the funds were deposited and withdrawn without being played, this is due to our anti-money laundering and security policies.
In accordance with Section 4.8 of our Terms & Conditions, the full amount of any deposit must be wagered (played through) at least once, before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
How to resolve this:
Cancel your pending withdrawal: Go to My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal and select the option to cancel your pending request. Your funds will instantly return to your real balance.
Wager the deposited amount: Place bets using the full amount of the funds you originally deposited. You can track your betting history directly in your account profile.
Request a new withdrawal: Once the total deposited turnover/wagering requirement is met, you can request a new withdrawal, and it will be processed normally.
