If you have submitted documents and are waiting for approval, please note that, due to the high volume of documents during the World Cup, our review times are currently longer than usual.
There's no need to worry, and no need to re-submit. As soon as each document has been reviewed, you'll receive an email confirming whether it was approved or rejected.

To help your documents be approved on the first review, please check their quality before sending:
- Make sure all the information on the document is clear and fully readable (Front and back).
- For ID-next-to-face (IDNF) photos, ensure that both your face and the details on the ID are legible — preferably use your phone's rear (back) camera, as it produces a sharper image than the front camera.
- For all other documents, capture the full document with all four corners visible, in good lighting and with no glare or shadows. Send the original — and for files that are already digital (such as bank statements, Tax declaration), upload the original PDF instead of a photo of a screen.
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIFF, TIF, PDF. Each file must be under 4 MB.
